You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation e-mail and following the instructions on your screen.
If your reservation includes a booking fee, please note that this is non-refundable.
We recommend that you cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.
Free cancellation before 6:00 pm on the same day. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night without extras is charged and non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be returned to you after deduction of the cancellation fee (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).
The hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization of 250€ on your bank account in order to guarantee the reservation. If the pre-authorization is refused, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice and without delay. In case of no-show, the no-show fee will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled.
Prices include VAT. Visitor's tax, government or local taxes must be paid on site where applicable.

On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the time indicated below. Failure to respect this deadline may result in an additional night's charge.
We recommend that you use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to inform us of your estimated time of arrival, especially if it is late.
